ArtsLife to Work is a 30-week program designed to support ten creative youth (ages 16 to 30), who have experienced barriers to employment. The program is divided into four modules:
- Employability and Entrepreneurial Skills training (including a group Social Enterprise project);
- Mentorship within the Arts and Culture Sector;
- Customized Online Curriculum to enhance workplace readiness and career goal; and
- Experience in a Work Placement.
Through individual and group support practices, Program Coordinators balance training, goal setting, mentorship, and work experience to promote personal growth, meaningful and lasting success in the workforce, as well as connection to community.
