There are some courses that you are able to complete independently, which means you can get work from your instructor, take it home and return it to get more.
The Department of Education does require that there is regular contact with the instructor when completing independent courses.
There are some courses that are not set up for independent learning, such as, English, Science, and Math. These courses require in class attendance.
