Two Roads is a career development service for people who are 16 years of age and older who are seeking support in pursuing career and/or academic goals. To gain access to Two Roads services, you will need to send in an application, meet with one of our career services outreach coordinators for intake and assessment, and then you will be connected to a Career Consultant for one on one meetings. Individual career counselling is provided and together you can work on things like
- Career Exploration and Planning;
- Personal Development;
- Career Related Workshops;
- Employment Readiness;
- Job Search Skills;
- Work Experience;
- Potential Wage Subsidy; and
- Other items as they apply to each person’s situation.
